1. Unique & Handcrafted Products

• One-of-a-Kind Nature: All items at Gypsy-Oracle—including our crystal jewelry, candles, and resin art—are 100% intentionally handcrafted. Because everything is handmade, no two items are exactly alike. Minor variations in texture, color, and shape are a natural part of artisan creations and are not considered defects.

• Product Descriptions: We do our absolute best to display product details and colors as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your device's screen settings.

2. TikTok Live Sales & Claims

• Binding Agreement: When you claim an item during our TikTok Live shows or auctions, you enter a binding agreement to purchase that item.

• Invoicing & Payment: After claiming your items live, you must use our dedicated payment links (Deposit + flexible increments) or complete your checkout on our website within the timeframe specified during the live session. Failure to pay for claimed items may result in losing the items and being restricted from participating in future live sales.

3. Pricing and Payments

• Currency & Charges: All prices are displayed in USD (or your local currency at checkout). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

• Secure Payments: Payments are processed securely via trusted gateways like PayPal, Stripe, or Payoneer. Orders will only be processed and shipped once payment verification is fully confirmed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Processing Time: Since items are handmade or prepared with spiritual intention, please allow standard processing time (usually 2-5 business days) before shipment, unless stated otherwise.

• Shipping Address: The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. Gypsy-Oracle is not liable for delayed or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

• All Sales Final: Due to the custom, unique, and spiritual nature of our handmade items and live auction claims, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

• Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to find a beautiful solution (replacement or store credit).

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including logos, product names, text, images, and custom designs—is the intellectual property of Gypsy-Oracle and Tina. Unauthorized use or reproduction of this material is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability
