SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Since many of our items are carefully handcrafted, hand-poured, or personalized by Tina, please allow 2 to 5 business days for us to process and pack your order before it ships.

Orders placed during or immediately after our high-volume TikTok Live sales may take slightly longer to process. We appreciate your patience as we ensure every package is safely secured!
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Standard Shipping: We ship nationwide (and internationally). Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and package weight.

Free Shipping: We frequently offer Free Shipping promotions! If your order meets the promotional criteria, free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout.

Once your package is handed over to the mail carrier, you will receive a confirmation email with a Tracking Number so you can follow its journey.
3. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. Gypsy-Oracle is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping fees.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of our handmade crystals, custom resin jewelry, energetic oils, and items claimed live during our TikTok Live auctions, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for change of mind or accidental claims.
2. Damaged or Broken Items (Our Guarantee)

We package our crystals and delicate jewelry very securely, but we know that transit can sometimes be rough. If your beautiful creation arrives damaged or broken, we will absolutely make it right!

What to do: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your Order Number.

Clear photos of the broken item and the packaging it arrived in.

Once verified, we will happily send you a replacement (if a similar item is available) or issue a store credit/refund.
3. Lost Packages

If your tracking details show that your package was "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with your local post office or neighbors first. If it is officially deemed lost by the carrier, contact us and we will assist you in opening a claim with the shipping service.
